We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Room Associate. As a Stock Room Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for locating and picking items from the stock room based on order specifications, ensuring that the correct quantity and quality of products are selected.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from the stock room.
- Utilize order lists, invoices, or handheld devices to identify and locate the required items.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and quality of products are selected for each order.
- Inspect items for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping stock shelves tidy and products properly labeled.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
